Martin/Hopkins Equation for Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL-C)

Estimates LDL-C by replacing the fixed triglyceride divisor with an adjustable factor based on triglycerides and non-HDL-C.

Formula used: LDL-C = total cholesterol - HDL-C - triglycerides / adjustable factor. Non-HDL-C is first calculated as total cholesterol - HDL-C, and the adjustable factor is then selected from the MSD table according to triglycerides and non-HDL-C
